Can I make the dress from my own pattern?
If you have the pattern of a particular dress that you would like to have made, please contact us again, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, you will need to supply us with your exact measurements and specify the color that you would like the dress to be made in. We will request that you send the pattern to us in the post and after assessing the amount of work involved and the material that is required, we would then be able to give you a quote.
What should I do if I couldn't find the items I want on the website?
If you cant find the item on our website by using keyword search, you can check the category and advanced search to try to find out the items. Also, you can contact us, our Dressinshop.com staffs will be glad to help you locate the item you are looking for.
Will my dress be the exact color that is shown on the website?
Colors shown online are for representational purposes only. Please note that while we try our best to present you with the closest match to our fabric colors, variations in displays from computer to computer, and printer inks, may show the colors differently than the final product.
What if I want a dress in a color that is not listed?
The colors that we list on the product detail page are the only colors in which that style dress is produced in. We also show all the pictures we have available so if the picture is not shown we cannot show you that dress in that color.
Can I change the color of the dresses or the accent of the dresses? How much is the extra charge?
Of course. You can change the color of the dresses. But we want to remind that the color on the screen may vary a little from the true color. When you place the order, Please check the color on our color chart and tell us the color you select, and we want to tell you that there is no extra charge, it is just free.
Can I order fabric?
We accept fabric order in addition to a dress order. To place a fabric order, please send email to email@example.com for pricing and order instruction. Please be aware that fabric orders are not cut at the same time as the dress order and may be cut from a different bolt of material, which can result in dye lot variation.
Are these used dresses?
All gowns and products we offer are new. We do not accept or offer resale items.
Is there a catalog/pricelist available?
Due to the dynamic nature of our product line as well as well as our effort to provide lowest price to our customer, compiling a catalog would not be very fruitful. Our website contains all the information we have on our products. If you have any specific question, we welcome you to contact our customer service representatives.
I placed an order, can I cancel it?
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours free of charge. Due to all our dresses are custom-made for you, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of the item price. (If ordered rush order service, the $50 service fee will not be refunded). You can't cancel your order after the dresses have been shipped.
What if my payment is declined?
Orders are not processed if the payment is declined. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us if their payment is declined. We will then verify the payment status and instruct our customer to resubmit the order.
How can I trace my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order at.
How long will It take to delivery?
Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes 7-10 days, and express shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Processing takes 1-3 days normally.
Are the packages insured?
Shipping with couriers is insured and can be tracked online. Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery any time you want.
