When you add items to your Shopping Bag, we try our best to accurately estimate when it will be available to ship from our facilities. Please not that all dates are quoted as an estimated range that may vary based on several factors, including order processing, quantity of items ordered, and additional time for personalized items.
You will receive a shipment notification email when each item in your order is shipped. Orders with multiple items may ship at different times, in separate boxes.
The estimated delivery date for each item is based on the estimated processing time and the shipping method you choose. Processing time refers to business days and does not include weekends or holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Please Note: In Dressinshop.com, each dress is made from scratch according to customers' specifications. Currently we need 15-20 days for Wedding Party & Special Occasion Dresses, Celebrity Dresses. And it may take about 5-7 days for shipping. Thank you for your patience..
Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Should you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our Online Merchandise Return Policy below to determine if any special conditions apply.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.
